Why I Build These Sites

In 2004, I created my first online Bible — phpBible.org. I wanted a study Bible I could access from any computer, with Strong's numbers, Hebrew and Greek tools, and commentaries all in one place.

Over 20 years later, that one site has grown into a collection of 20 ministry websites. Each one fills a gap I saw: a concordance that's actually searchable, hymns that churches were forgetting, commentaries that should be accessible to everyone, devotionals delivered daily, and tools for developers building their own Bible applications.

I build these because I believe the resources for studying God's Word should be freely available to anyone who wants them. No ads. No tracking. No paywalls.

What It Takes

Running 20 websites isn't free. Here's where the resources go.

Hosting & Domains

20 domain registrations, server hosting, and database storage. These are ongoing annual costs that add up.

Maintenance

Software updates, security patches, fixing broken features, monitoring uptime, and keeping everything running smoothly across 20 sites.

Development

Thousands of hours of professional-level web development — time freely given that would cost $50/hour in the marketplace — building new features and creating new tools.

What's Next

With your support, I can keep improving existing sites and finish building these new tools.

NotForsaking.com

An interactive church finder — search by location, denomination, and worship style. Helping people find a church home, fulfilling Hebrews 10:25.

MyPrayerCircle.org

A platform for forming, organizing, and facilitating prayer circles — bringing believers together in prayer.

jsonBible.com

A Bible API delivering verses and passages in JSON — enabling other developers to build Bible tools without starting from scratch.

SystematicTheology.us

Adding learning quizzes and progress tracking to turn Berkhof's Systematic Theology into a free, self-paced theology course.
